Job site questions
When should I book post-construction cleaning?
Once the work is finished and the trades have left the site. Book a few days ahead so the date follows the end of the project.
Why does the dust come back after a first cleaning?
Drywall dust is very fine: it keeps settling on surfaces for hours. We clean from top to bottom so it never falls back onto what is already clean.
Do you work with contractors?
Yes. We clean for homeowners as well as for contractors who want to hand over the keys to a clean space.
Do you remove large debris?
The cleaning targets dust, residue and surfaces. Tell us what is left on site when you request your quote and we will tell you what is included.
